Stop losing strokes to your mind.
A mental game coach in your pocket. Most of golf happens between your ears, so that's the part we work on. Free to start.
You hit a bad drive on 4.
You're still thinking about it on 7.
By 12 the round is gone, and your swing was never the problem.
Strokes Brained Golf trains the part of your game nobody practices.
The M³ framework
Three things decide your round.
Mindset
How you show up on the first tee. Work on the confidence and calm you bring with you, before a ball is even hit.
Mentality
What you do after a bad swing. Learn to shake it off so one ugly hole doesn't wreck the rest of your day.
Management
How you play your way around the course. Better targets, smarter calls, and fewer strokes handed away for nothing.
Golf mental training
What the M³ Triangle actually measures.
Every round, you rate three things. Not a mood score, not a personality test. Three specific parts of how you played that you can do something about next week. Over a few rounds the pattern gets obvious, and the pattern is usually the thing costing you the most shots.
Mindset: before the shot
First tee nerves, the score you've already decided you need, the swing thought you brought from the range. Mindset is everything you carry into a shot before you take the club back. Golfers who rate low here usually find their bad rounds start before they hit a ball.
Mentality: after the shot
The chunked wedge, the three putt, the tee shot that never had a chance. Mentality is how long the last shot lives in your head. Most double bogeys aren't one bad swing, they're one bad swing plus a rushed, angry decision that follows it.
Management: the decisions
Club choice, target choice, when to take your medicine and when to actually go for it. Management is the cheapest place to find strokes because it costs you nothing physically. It just requires you to make the call before the adrenaline does.
Sound familiar
The mental game problems we hear most.
One bad hole ruins the whole round
You make a double on 4 and shoot 12 over from there. The fix isn't trying harder, it's having a reset you actually use before the next tee shot.
You play great until it counts
Practice rounds are fine, the club championship isn't. Pressure doesn't change your swing, it changes your targets and your tempo. Logging both tells you which one it is for you.
You can't stop thinking about score
Doing the math on 14 is how good rounds die. We track where your attention goes so you can see the pattern instead of just feeling it.
You know better but do it anyway
Every golfer has a hole where they pull driver against their own judgement. Management ratings make that decision visible, round after round, until you stop making it.
